BMS Moving & Storage

About Us

''No Stress with BMS!''

Our story began in 1936 when two brothers started a small coal and ice delivery business in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. As they delivered to homes throughout their community, customers began asking for help moving furniture and household belongings. What started as neighbors helping neighbors soon became a moving company built on trust, hard work, and genuine relationships.

Nearly 90 years later, those same values continue to guide everything we do.

Today, BMS Moving & Storage remains family-owned and operated. While we’ve grown from one local operation into a nationwide moving company with locations across the United States, we’ve never lost sight of what made us successful in the first place—treating every customer like family and every move as if it were our own.
