It represents "best practices" and has become the standard for emergency management across the country.  It may be used for planned events\, natural disasters\, and acts of terrorism and is a key feature of the National Incident Management System (NIMS).\n\n \n\nICS is used by all levels of government Federal\, State\, and Local\, as well as by many private-sector and nongovernmental organizations like the Santa Fe Springs BEPN.\n\n \n\nEveryone is welcome to attend this free training and learn more about ICS and the BEPN.
